My journey didn't start in finance; it began in Biomedical Engineering at Tianjin Medical University. Transitioning from medical device sales to wealth management was a leap of faith that taught me resilience. While I'm proud of milestones like becoming a top-performing wealth manager at CITIC Securities, I value the lessons learned from the pressure and the deep relationships built with clients far more than the accolades.
I approach life much like I approach a marathon: with patience, pacing, and a respect for the long game. Whether I'm analyzing market trends, running my charitable micro-fund ("On the way365"), or simply reading a good book, I try to stay grounded. I believe that true expertise isn't just about data-driven results; it's about empathy, curiosity, and knowing how to endure through complex challenges.
Lately, I find myself fascinated by the messy, exciting intersection of AI, finance, and healthcare. I spend my days tinkering with quantitative trading algorithms, exploring biomedical signal processing (like BCG), and building tools to aggregate global news. It's a humbling process of constant trial and error, balancing ambitious projects like CFA preparation with the simple joy of learning how to build things that matter.
Dove deep into automation and data. Built live quantitative trading algorithms, deployed an AI WeChat consultant, and developed a global news aggregator to curate insights. A period defined by intense self-teaching and experimentation.
Transitioned into finance, starting as a Product Manager at China Construction Bank before moving to CITIC Securities. By leveraging deep market research and client relationship skills, I became the top-performing wealth manager in my branch.
Pioneered regional medical equipment sales for Hangzhou Langjun Medical, conducting extensive market research and successfully managing bidding processes for hospitals.
Launched a grassroots charity fund where members donate 1 RMB daily. Over the past 7 years, we have raised over 35,000 RMB to financially support middle school students in need.
Graduated from Tianjin Medical University. Built a strong foundation in medical devices, served as Minister of the Work-Study Center, and founded a campus tutoring platform providing over 1,000 part-time opportunities for students.
